To provide oversight for construction projects at Rift Valley Academy.<\/p>\n

Major tasks
\n<\/b>1. Keep facilities maintained and implement the strategic improvement plans (Dorms, Classrooms, Services Facilities, Staff Houses, Infrastructure development)
\n<\/b>
\n2. The manager will take ownership of specific projects and implement the improvement plans<\/p>\n

3. While completing the building task, the manager will train employees in specific construction skills required and teach accountability and work ethic<\/p>\n

A good broad background in maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, concrete work, etc. The person also must be able to communicate cross culturally as they will work directly with Kenyan foremen on a daily basis.
