AIM is looking for a short term cover Grade 4 Teacher for January to March 2018 at the Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC) in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The Candidate should have some relevant teaching experience, preferably in an international school. Given the temporary nature of the position, AIM would be open to having a retired teacher or open to splitting the term between two teachers.<\/p>\n
Short description:<\/strong><\/p>\nHOPAC follow the Cambridge International curriculum for Math, English, and Science and an adapted version of the UK national curriculum for humanities (History and Geography). Class teachers are expected to teach all core subjects including Bible. Lessons are all approximately 45 minutes long. Curriculum maps have been made and recently updated for all core subjects. They have specialised teachers for PE, Swahili, Creative Arts, Library, Life Skills and Swimming.<\/p>\n
