AIM Retirement Center
Africa Inland Mission’s Retirement Center is home to over 80 men and women who have faithfully served God in his work in Africa and around the world. God has blessed AIM with nearly 50 acres adjacent to Florida’s Lake Minneola, and dozens of duplexes, an activity center, meeting hall and a residential life facility for our older residents.
Maintaining a team of missionary staff is vital to the center’s operation as we seek to honor our retirees with a comfortable, safe, and affordable environment to live in their retirement.
Current needs at the center include:
A maintenance/landscape person
A nurse, preferably with some Africa field experience to better relate to our retirees.
Year-Round Volunteer Needs: The center also has ongoing needs for volunteers to come throughout the year to help with light construction, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
Personal Characteristics and Qualifications
Experience and qualifications vary depending on the position, but all personnel should have a strong walk with Christ, a heart for missions, and a desire to serve AIM’s retiree community.
