Outreach and church planting
FUEL+ is a 12-24 month program designed to train new missionaries to thrive in cross-cultural ministry, preparing them for long-term service. Teams of up to eight are mentored by experienced missionaries and work in partnership with a local church as they learn culture and local religion, language-learning skills, the dynamics of teamwork and church partnerships, and essential communication skills for future ministry.
Based in Kampala Uganda, team members live in urban neighborhoods with exposure to a vast diversity of people groups and religious backgrounds. Team members also experience a variety of ministry settings through field site visits, getting a true feel for what future missionary service might look like.
The first team launches on February 20, 2020
The second start date is May 1, 2020
Urban setting in Kampala, Uganda
