Theological Education and Discipleship

We are looking for one or two couples/families/singles who would be engaged in equipping church leaders, mobilizing disciple makers and supporting churches in their outreach work throughout north and northeastern Namibia based in Rundu. By disciplining leaders and doing evangelistic training for churches both through modeling, personal evangelism and teaching.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, disciplined, flexible and self-sufficient, with four years of cross-cultural experience. They must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Bible or a related field, and familiarity with different methodologies of discipleship would be preferred.

Personal Characteristics

A strong spiritual life with an emphasis on disciplining others.
