Facilitators

You have a facilitator to help you work through Inbound and to hold you accountable for what you are learning. The questions in each section will serve as a basis for ongoing discussions with your facilitator.

These are not meant to be a ticklist but rather a springboard for lifelong growth and learning. If you want to see a complete list of all the questions for each section, click here.

As each of you brings a different set of skills, cultural experiences and life experience with you, your orientation process will vary, as will the time you spend focusing on the various categories. As you begin working through Inbound, you can discuss with your facilitator where you would like to begin after Jump Start. Issues you encounter in the community may help you determine which areas to focus on at various times.

GroupsĀ and teams: In some cases you may be working through Inbound in a group or team setting where the team leader, unit leader, or other designated person may be your facilitator. This is a great opportunity for sharing knowledge and your experiences with one another.
