An invitation to a new model of PARTNERSHIP
The traditional mode of church and agency working together can be more accurately described as sponsorship rather than partnership. The church supports, through people, prayer and finance the ministry of the agency.
This clearly works, but for those churches who want to enter more intentionally and significantly into cross-cultural missions it leaves a gap that is not easy to satisfy.
A new partnership model
A small group of like-minded churches with AIM commits to work together. Aiming for a closer and more intentional relationship than is typically experienced. Our goal is to reach an unreached Muslim people group in North Africa. The partnership owns the task, not just AIM. We agree together how ministry should start and develop. This happens in collaboration with workers and organisations already in place. Together, we work to raise up and send new workers.
There are numerous benefits to your local church
- The fellowship and accountability of being in active partnership with a small number of like-minded churches.
- A focus on unreached peoples is maintained and practically expressed.
- The initiative helps partner churches to be proactive in fulfilling the Great Commission.
- There is long term commitment around which the church can develop aspects of its ministries and activities.
An invitation…
We invite you to get in touch and explore if this partnership approach will help your church enter into a greater share of all God is doing as he builds his church among Africa’s unreached.
