Long term – Theological Educator, Kenya
Bishop Berech College is looking for a Theological Educator to teach and mentor local pastors. This will involve some administrative support as well as training Kenyan church leaders in outreach and how to inspire their congregations to be involved in outreach to their community. This individual would also assist in identifying and equipping individuals who could become missionaries to unreached areas.

Required: Experience of teaching adults, pastoral leadership experience
Desired: Academic administration, experience of teaching theological education
Qualifications and Training
Required: BA/MA Theology, Bible or Missions
Desired: Master’s Degree

You will have a passion for reaching the unreached with the gospel and inspiring others to do so. You will be of mature Christian character, demonstrating humility and an ability to learn from others. You will have sensitivity to others’ cultural context and a proven ability to teach.
