Long Term – Africa Based Services Pastoral Care/Chaplain
Africa Based Support (ABS) are looking for someone to give strong pastoral support to their personnel. This will involve providing pastoral care, guidance and support to personnel; overseeing devotional prayer times and retreats; strengthening the relationship with AIM Care; fostering unity between ABS departments; and assisting with special matters or emergencies as requested by the Director.

Nairobi, Kenya
Experience:
Required: Minimum of five years’ pastoral experience (church setting or pastoral care/chaplaincy role); minimum of two years of cross-cultural ministry experience, preferably in Africa. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bible, Theology.
Desired: Experience in a professional or secular work setting; teaching experience. Pastoral counselling courses.
