Long Term – Coordinating South Asian Outreach, Antananarivo Madagascar
AIM is seeking an individual to coordinate ministry outreach to South Asians in partnership with trained Malagasy worker and, local churhes. The goal is to see a reproducing, culturally relevant church among the South Asians of Madagascar.

Antananarivo, Madagascar
Experience:
Required: Cross cultural training or experience; and completing the ‘Love your Neighbor’ course will be necessary before the assignment and Southern Region is happy to try to arrange and facilitate this. This is important because the present workers have been trained in this approach.
Desired: Church planting in an urban context
Personal Characteristics Required:
Patience, determination and willing to share the work with others, appreciating and adapting to different ways of working. It will be very important that the candidate is a team player willing to see others thrive and success in ministry.
