Short Term – English Teacher/Mentor, Nosy Be, Madagascar
AIM is seeking an individual who will be able to train ESL to Christian teachers and teach English at Christian schools and in the community. This will give opportunities to reach out to kids at school and adults in the community and in church too. In this way, the job will be an encouragement to believers, church leaders and missionaries in the outreach to Sakalava people, an unreached people group.
Major tasks: Teaching/Training ESL. They could also teach music at school, in church, and in the communities if they have the skills.

Duration:
6-9 months
Required Experience:
Teaching degree, Short Term pre-assignment reading and some teaching experience
Personal Characteristics Required:
Sociable, eager to learn new things.
Having or desiring having experience with living or being in contact with people other than their own people.
Wanting to learn the local language, the basics.
Housing:
Renting a house, preferably a furnished house
