Short Term – Missionary Support Worker, Lesotho
This is a ‘look and see’ short term experience. This placement will enable a short-termer to gain experience of life on the mission field by visiting and spending time with AIM Long Term missionaries in a variety of different settings, including Farming God’s Way, TEE Ministry & Shepherd Ministry
Major tasks:
Job shadowing and gaining experience of life in different ministry settings on the field. To assist those members visted with a variety of ministry related tasks as required and to gain experience of Farming God’s Way.
Location:
Maphutseng, Lesotho
Duration:
4 – 10 weeks, depending upon what the short-termer would be willing to commit to.
Personal Characteristics Required:
A willingness to learn, observe and take instruction from members on the field, as well as a willingness to disciple others where appropriate.
