Dear Churches and Supporters of Africa Inland Mission Canada,

On behalf of the Home Council, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Auld as our new Executive Director. Tim will assume this new position on April 1, 2025.

Tim has been married to his lovely wife, Susan, for 31 years, and they have two adult children, who are both getting married in 2025. For nearly 30 years, Tim and Susan have served the Lord in various capacities, including pastoral ministry and organizational leadership. Those who know Tim recognize him as a man of faith and wisdom, passionately pursuing the Great Commission. While seeking to achieve organizational excellence, Tim also strives to shepherd and disciple individuals, families and ministry teams towards thriving in service of our Lord.

Tim’s ministry experiences have also provided opportunity to travel and serve the church in many countries around the world. This has grown his renewed commitment to “make disciples” among the unreached, partnering with an emerging church that is committed to carrying the Gospel to the least-reached areas. Tim is also engaged in mobilizing the next generation of mission-minded followers of Jesus within Canada.

As Tim enters his role at AIM Canada, he does so, grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the larger AIM family. The Lord has been abundantly faithful throughout our search process. We look to the next season, aware of the global challenges ahead of us, yet fully confident in the powerful hand of our God and the unstoppable movement of His Kingdom.

We are grateful to serve alongside you as partners in the proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ. We look forward with great anticipation to the promises of God fulfilled in His good time, as we abide in Him. May He be honoured and glorified.
