AIM Care is looking for a psychiatrist to provide both preventative and curative mental health care services (specifically psychiatric services) for missionary personnel, including psychiatric evaluations and treatment. They will also assist and lead workshops and seminars on issues related to mental health and member care, travel to personnel’s locations to provide mental health services, and be available to provide advice to AIM Leadership.

Experience & Qualifications
Fully Qualified MD with specialty in Adult/General Psychiatry using a variety of modalities and sufficient experience to provide psychiatric care to adults with a broad range of issues General Psychiatry. Desired experience with Youth or Children; using a wide variety of modalities; living and working in a cross-cultural setting.
Creative, self-motivated, able to take initiative, able to ask questions or for direction when appropriate; ability to thrive in a cross-cultural team and ministry setting; ‘team player’, resilient, proven consistent walk with God and godly life-style, able to cope well under pressure. Someone from an non-English speaking context is especially needed.
